Mr. Amarjit Singh has experience of around four decades in the field of IPR. He was one of the founding Partner of Anand & Anand.In the year 1999, he also founded Amarjit & Associates, a prestigious IP Boutique Law Firm, specializing in the protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Laws.
He started his career as an Intellectual Property litigator and crusader against counterfeiting and over the years has handled thousands of contentious litigations all around the world. His love for Academia has inspired him to associate with Institutes like IIPS, AIPPS, Patent Gurukul, and Bureau of Parliamentary Studies.
Subash is currently handling the IP and art law practice at DSK Legal. He has been practicing intellectual property rights and art law for over a decade now. Besides mainstream IP practice, he has been assisting clients with due diligence, brand strategies, advisory relating to personality and privacy rights, and IP licensing.

Dr. Avinash Dadhich has worked with the Competition Commission of India, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India, Ernst & Young (EY) Deloitte, and White & Case LLP Brussels on a number of high-profile investigations as an Expert in Competition Law. He has also worked with Gide Loyrette Nouel LLP, Paris, France & White & Case LLP, Brussels, Belgium.
Armed with a Ph.D in Competition Law on full scholarship from Bangor University, Wales, UK, he completed his Master of Laws (LL.M) with a focus on International and European Competition Law from Toulouse 1 Capitole University, Toulouse in France on a full scholarship awarded by the French Government and earned his first degree in Law (LL.B) from Delhi University.
In April 2015, Dr. Dadhich was invited by Department of States’, USA Government to visit New York, Washington DC, Iowa City, and San Francisco as Antitrust Fellow to meet senior people from Antitrust law authorities (FTC & DoJ), law firms, Supreme Court judges and business executives
Dr. Dadhich has also been a Visiting Scholar to various international universities of repute such as King’s College London, Max Planck Institute of IP and Competition Law, Munich, Germany and Institute of European Studies, Brussels, Belgium. He has also taught Competition law and IP at many prominent law colleges and Institutes including Toulouse Law School, France and the School of Competition Law & Regulation, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, and National Law University, Delhi.
He specializes in the area of Intellectual Property, Competition Law, and Legal Regulation in AI, Robotics, Cyber, and other emerging technologies laws.
Ms. Madhu Rewari has an experience of around a decade in the field of Intellectual Property Laws. Her focus practice area is Trademark Law and she specialises in trademark prosecution matters before the Trademarks Registry as well before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board. Her result oriented approach ensures that the clients benefit in terms of having the most efficient solution.
Madhu advises on trademark law to companies in various industries, in particular to pharmaceutical, banking and finance and retail companies. She is known in the legal community for providing commercial and practical advice on the extent to which a brand is available for use and gives an in-depth and analytical approach on availability and registrability of a brand. Her core work areas also include drafting of trademark applications, oppositions, rectifications, counter statements, evidence affidavits to be filed before the Trademarks Registry as well as Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
Prior to joining Anand and Anand, Madhu worked as Legal Officer with North Delhi Power Limited, a Tata Power and Delhi Government joint venture. She also has many national and international publications in her name.
Dr. Geeta Gouri is an economist with vast and diversified experience in academic and administration. A doctorate in economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, her career initially was in academics starting at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, (Delhi University), later at the Institute of Public Enterprises, and thereafter at Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) before shifting to Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission as Director (Tariffs)
Dr. Gouri has authored several books and articles which include among books "Pricing for Welfare; Petroleum Products in India"; "Privatization and Public Enterprise: The Asia-Pacific Experience"; "Efficiency through Competition in Public Utilities - Policies for Restructuring"; "Towards Equity: New Economic Policy and Equity" with several articles in major academic journals on power sector reforms, public enterprise restructuring, privatization; and risk management in infrastructure projects.
Dr. Gouri has been a visiting scholar at London Business School and a resource person in seminars in India and abroad, in the areas of power sector reforms and privatization.
Mr. Sushrut Kulkarni has completed his M. Pharm, from Mumbai Universityin the year 1994. After completing his Master’s degree he started with Rhone Poluenc (I) Ltd, followed by Sandoz Private Limited, then Torrent Pharmaceuticals and Glenmark. He has spent more than 20 years in various R&D driven companies.
In the year 2005, Sushrut joined the Zydus group, Cadila Healthcare Ltd. Ahmedabad as Dy. GM. He is presently, working as the Global Head of Integrated Product Development Organisation at Reddy's Laboratories. His interest lies in Intellectual Property Rights, Pharmacokinetics, Packaging Development, and Analytical Development Labs. & Technology Transfer.
Sushrut is an Inventor as well and holds around 100 patent applications filled in different countries in his name. He also visits Educational Institutions / CROs & National Seminars in India to give technical talks on Formulations / Pharma Industries etc. He is also associated with many educational institutions for delivering lectures and creating Industry – Academic bonds stronger.
Ms. Gandhimadhy Thambidurai is associated with ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Ltd. for the past decade. She has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Laws, Drafting & Management of Legal Documents /Agreement, Private Equity / Venture Capital Investments, Negotiations, Structuring Private Equity / Venture Capital Funds, Legal Due Diligence and Portfolio Company Management, Compliances etc.

Dr. Sheetal Vohra has an in depth and holistic experience of about 15 years in the field of Intellectual Property Laws with special thrust on trademarks. In the past, she has worked in two top IP boutique firms of India, where her profile included prosecuting trademarks in India and abroad as well handling litigation pertaining to passing off and infringement of trademarks before District Courts, High Courts and right upto the Supreme Court of India.

Dr. G V S Sesha Kumar is currently based out of New Jersey, United States of America, where he heads the Intellectual Property group of Proprietary Products at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc. He has around 15 years of experience in handling various Intellectual Property in the Pharmaceutical Industry viz., patent drafting/global patent prosecution/patent lifecycle management/patent risk mitigation strategies.

Mr. Rohit Jain is a senior member of the Tax group. He has experience of more than one and a half decade, in the field of direct taxation. His practice covers all aspects/ areas of direct tax laws, including income tax and wealth tax. He has been involved in several complex tax litigations and restructuring activities, involving mergers, demergers, slump sale, etc. He has gained considerable experience and specialization in various aspects relating to domestic taxation.

KK Sharma is former Director General & Head of Merger Control and Antitrust Divisions of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and Commissioner of Income Tax, Ministry of Finance. He has to his credit the distinction of drafting the competition law and regulations in India and overseeing their enforcement thereafter. Mr. Sharma has investigated several cases of competition law violations falling under a number of sectors as the first Director General of the functional CCI. The creation of Merger Review Format for India, drafting of merger regulations and overseeing the first few merger clearances was done under his leadership.
He has a comprehensive experience, of nearly three decades, in various Government departments and public bodies, including direct tax administration, the Competition Commission of India as well as the private sector. A regular speaker at national and international Conferences on competition law, he is an active member of International Competition Network (ICN) Merger Working Group.
Dr. Sharma has completed his Bachelor and Master degree in Mechanical Engineering form Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. He is trained in competition law economics and IPR Laws from King’s College, London and National Law School of India University respectively.
