Mr. Vivek Ranjan has completed his LLB in Intellectual Property Law from the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Khargpur. His core expertise lies in the matters pertaining to Patent Drafting / Prosecution, Voluntary License, Compulsory License, Revocation, Infringement, Pre-grant and Post-grant Opposition.

In past Vivek has worked with prestigious companies and law firms like Cognizant Technology Solution, LakshmiKumaran and Sridharan and Prefexico Legal.

Most prominently, he has worked on NATCO vs. Bayer Case, in which first Compulsory License of India was granted.
