Ms. Mini Gautam has completed her LLB and LLM from ILS Law College, Pune and King’s College London respectively. She has substantial experience of working in law firms and as an in-house counsel. Some of the prominent places where she has worked include ITC Limited, Magma Fincorp Limited, Udwadia, Udeshi and Argus Partners.

Mini specialises in law relating to trademarks and copyright, as well as in general corporate Advisory and law relating to Merger and Acquisition and Foreign Direct Investment.

In past, Mini has handled the intellectual property portfolio of ITC Limited. She has also worked on Corporate restructuring and drafting of merger schemes and has also advised large corporates, funds and high net worth individuals on Foreign Investments in the pharmaceutical, health, and education sectors. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
