Ketan Mukhija

Mr. Ketan Mukhija was working as a Sr. Attorney with Jones Day (a US-based global law firm), before joining Srei Infrastructure and Finance Limited and Link Legal. This position provided him a golden opportunity to gain considerable experience in providing corporate advice with focus areas being mergers and acquisitions, private equity, Foreign Direct Investment, banking and project finance, and regulatory and tax advisory.

In past, he has also been associated with Herbert Smith LLP (London) as a solicitor, and is currently enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and Calcutta (and affiliated with Kolkata, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court Bar Associations) and further qualified to practice in the US and the UK.
He is a graduate of the prestigious NALSAR University, Hyderabad. He has a deep inclination toward academics and has been associated with NLU, Delhi as a Mooting Coach.
