Avinash Tripathi

Founder & CEO, Fusion Law School and Former employee of S. S. Rana and Co.

Prior to co-founding Fusion Law School, Avinash used to work in S. S. Rana and Co., a leading IP Boutique Firm in India. During his stint at S. S. Rana & Co., he was part of the Intellectual Property Litigation Department, where he has represented many Fortune 500 Companies in various Courts across India, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has also been part of many landmark judgements reported in various journals.

Avinash has a wide ranging experience with regard to the creation, exploitation and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights, especially in relation to trademarks, Copyright and Geographical Indication. He has also advised in areas of company name rectification, domain name dispute, design and unfair competition law.

Avinash has represented a mixture of local and international clients in a range of sectors including luxury goods, gyms, fashion, software, hotel and travel.
