Mr. Avinash Sharma is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and specialises in Competition Law. He has worked assisted Mr. Vinod Dhall, former Acting Chairman, Competition Commission of India in many cases. He has also worked as an Expert (Law), Competition Commission of India and also represented CCI before Competition Appellate Tribunal and Delhi High Court in many high profile cases.

His previous assignments include, Researcher at the Indian Law Institute, Law Researcher to Justice S N Dhingra at the High Court of Delhi, Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant to Justice Mukundakam Sharma at the Supreme Court of India. Avinash has also worked as Expert (Law), CCI and

Avinash obtained his first law degree from Indraprastha University, New Delhi, after that he completed his LL.M from Bologna University (Italy). He is also a Ph.D Fellow at Indian Law Institute.
