Tarun Gandhi

Mr. Tarun Gandhi is associated with the firm Chadha and Chadha IP since year 2009 and he has extensive experience in Patent & Trademark Prosecution cases and advises a balanced mix of domestic and international clients on patent and trademark matters. He is a qualified Patent Attorney and has also completed his LL.B. degree from University of Delhi. He has also undertaken a patent drafting course and has been actively involved in contributing to the Firm's newsletter.

Tarun has prosecuted patent applications in various fields of his technical education. He has also undertaken numerous filing and prosecution of Trademark Applications and Opposition matters. Mr. Tarun Gandhi has been regularly representing the Firm at various events organized by TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and has been closely involved in advising numerous startups for building their IP portfolios. He has a keen interest in educating the entrepreneurs on procedures of IP protection and ways to leverage their IP portfolios.

Tarun is a FICPI member and currently acting as Co-Chair of India Subcommittee of IP Practice in the Far East Committee of AIPLA. He is also serving second term at Trade Marks Reporter Committee at INTA.
