Dr. Sheetal Vohra has an in depth and holistic experience of about 15 years in the field of Intellectual Property Laws with special thrust on trademarks. In the past, she has worked in two top IP boutique firms of India, where her profile included prosecuting trademarks in India and abroad as well handling litigation pertaining to passing off and infringement of trademarks before District Courts, High Courts and right upto the Supreme Court of India.

Cases argued by her have been reported in Law Journals. She has also handled high profile cases before Intellectual Property Appellate Board. Besides giving consultancy to Indian conglomerates, Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs across varied industries on how to protect their trademark in holistic way, she has also assisted them in managing their trademark portfolio by working closely with their legal teams and creating a full strategy based on their needs. She is one of the select few practicing Legal Counsels in South East Asia, who to have picked up a Ph.D in Intellectual Property Law, along with host of other certificate and diploma courses in IPR from prestigious institutes.
