Mr. Narendra Dingankar has an experience of over a decade in the areas of corporate and commercial laws, property laws, competition law and other related fields. He has advised large multinational and domestic clients in structuring, documenting and negotiating complex commercial transactions, more particularly those relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring schemes, strategic alliances, private equity investments and joint ventures. Mr. Narendra also has experience in and advises in estate planning.
Mr. Narendra has diverse professional experience and has worked with one of the leading Indian law-firms and with a leading international consulting firm in its tax and business advisory practice before joining DSK Legal.
Mr. Narendra has advised clients engaged in various fields, including, manufacturing, media, technology, energy and utilities, software, infrastructure and the services sector.
