Debosmita Nandy

Ms. Debosmita Nandy started her career as an Associate at Khaitan and Co. where she worked extensively on a number of ad-hoc domestic and international commercial arbitration, mainly in the area of engineering contracts, foreign investment and cross-border trade, appeared in diverse civil and commercial disputes before different fora and worked on a number of corporate mergers and amalgamations.

Thereafter, she joined ITC Limited where she is working presently as Senior Legal Manager. She advises the company on day-to-day operational legal issues, drafts and negotiates contracts and assists the company in various disputes all over the country. She has an overall experience of seven years post her qualification from WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. She has also written a number of books and has multiple publications to her name.
