Mr. Amarjit Singh has experience of around four decades in the field of IPR. He was one of the founding Partner of Anand & Anand.In the year 1999, he also founded Amarjit & Associates, a prestigious IP Boutique Law Firm, specializing in the protection and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Laws.

He started his career as an Intellectual Property litigator and crusader against counterfeiting and over the years has handled thousands of contentious litigations all around the world. His love for Academia has inspired him to associate with Institutes like IIPS, AIPPS, Patent Gurukul, and Bureau of Parliamentary Studies.
